Key Responsibilities :

You will provide support to our international account managers while working  part time to manage and process contract documents, for example.

More specifically you will :

  • Support the account managers in their daily tasks
  • Manage and process both contract documents and billing processes
  • Support our Bulgarian customers
  • Processing and supporting of customer enquiries, coordination of campaigns and reporting
  • Implementation and support of rollouts & other projects
  • Preparation of presentations and other Account Management relevant documents
  • Continuous analysis & optimization of internal and external processes

Who you are and what you bring :

  • Passion for automotive and big data, initial experience in the business sector is an advantage
  • Curiosity, growth mindset and openness to new ways of doing things
  • A healthy amount of flexibility, adaptability and can-do attitude
  • Analytical skills to help you structure and solve business challenges
  • Independent and flexible way of working
  • Languages : English at C1 level, knowledge of Bulgarian and German is an advantage
