Your daily tasks will include
Leading the entire sales process, starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals
Collaborating with colleagues from different functions to drive the sales process
Acting as the primary contact and orchestrator for various service lines such as Development, Design, and Marketing during the sales process
Acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' business, workflows, and challenges
Tracking the market, building a network, and actively prospecting to identify business opportunities
Co-creating and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans, with the support of sales leadership and marketing.
The following will make you succeed in this role
At least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales,
Ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a strong track record of success,
Experience as a top performer in a team-selling environment for mid and large organisations,
Experience in IT / Digital industry ( experience in eCommerce is required ),
Experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business,
Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data,
Excellent verbal and written presentational and communication skills in English,
Excellent verbal and written presentational and communication skills German will be a plus.
