• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Build you own team and service offer. Contribute to the team profit and loss and yearly result. Support in selling complex project.
• Work across modern technologies such as Java  and React , while also supporting and migrating legacy systems to the cloud
• Architect and implement microservices  and containerized  solutions.
• Drive cloud adoption, prioritizing Google Cloud Platform , Azure  and AWS .
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to estimate projects, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals and Profit and Loss  considerations.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and foster technical growth within the team. Be responsible for the career path of your team.
• Ensure technical excellence and timely delivery through direct, efficient communication and leadership.
• Work effectively in regulated and diverse domains such as Banking , NGOs , and Telecom
