The central area accounts for more of a third of the business in MEU including the biggest continental market (DE). The Consumer Insights Manager is responsible to develop and leverage consumer and market understanding and turn these into business implications and recommendations for the most relevant countries in the region.

How you will contribute

You will :

• Understand the Core Consumer and the growth consumers, the laws of growth, helping to bring each to life in the most inspiring way to help marketing to get under the skin of consumers
• Have strong ability to mine & combine insights from multiple sources with consumer and business knowledge, and synthesize to help provide clear and compelling recommendations for concrete growth activities
• Have excellent ability to use Nielsen & Household-panel-data to identify drivers of brand / business performance followed by clear communication towards business team
• Provide understanding of performance of advertising activities and development of brand equity
• Liaise with Shopper Insights and other parts of the Insights team to learn and leverage broad shopping and consumer knowledge
• Leverage insights derived from the Demand Spaces framework to challenge for growth opportunities for MDLZ

Information for Austria :  The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 85.000 per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.

Relocation Support Available?

No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
