We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who combines creative marketing instincts with deep analytical expertise. In this role, you'll be shaping and optimizing multi-channel campaigns—from paid media and SEO to ABM and social—helping us grow pipeline and performance across global markets.

Tasks

Your Mission

As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels. Your goal : increase reach, generate MQLs, boost conversions—and drive ROI through data-backed decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan, implement and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Lead and evolve our SEO strategy (technical, content, off-page) to grow visibility and rankings
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns via SEA in close collaboration with Regional Account Executives
  • Create and manage a social media marketing strategy (paid & organic) with the global social team
  • Own the paid marketing budget—planning, forecasting (FC), and ROI tracking
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4)
  • Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.) and provide actionable optimization insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing and sales teams to exchange performance learnings and align campaign strategy

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B performance or digital marketing, ideally in the SaaS sector
  • Expert-level skills with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio)
  • Advanced SEO knowledge including current trends in AI-powered search (AIO, GEO, SXO) and experience with tools like SEMrush
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and analyzing campaign KPIs
  • Good technical understanding of campaign tracking (e.g. UTM tracking, tagging, pixel integration)
  • Fluent in English; German skills a plus
