IT Administrator (m / f / d)

The Position

  • Take over the full responsibility of the onsite support (1st – 3rd Level) for our headquarter in Stolberg
  • Monitor and manage networks, backup-systems, desktops, servers and virtualization environments
  • Install, configure and maintain user workstations, including patch management
  • Create and manage Microsoft Active Directory- & Microsoft 365-accounts
  • Support & maintenance of IT production line systems and servers
  • Troubleshooting and documenting problems with servers, computers, networks, software and hardware, including recommending appropriate action
  • Analyzing system hardware / software problems and developing solutions

Your profile

  • A degree in computer science or a comparable course of study
  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training
  • Experience in the administration of virtualization environments as well as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Intune, CrowdStrike and SAP would be an advantage
  • Affinity for Cyber Security
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Strong communication skills combined with a strong team spirit
  • Enjoyment of international projects / working in an international environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
