Profile Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and ensuring the delivery of an innovative, cutting-edge user experience and product-led growth solution to our customers. Our product is shaping the future of customer centricity and this role has a tremendous impact on how this future will look. This role requires interest and experience in all aspects of the product development life cycle - discovery, delivery, and iteration. As the single Product Manager at the company, this role will be dynamic, with high demands on communication skills, fast-paced decision-making, and technical understanding. Reporting directly to the CEO / CPO, you will work hand in hand to define the future of our product.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be :

• Test strategic assumptions directly within our ICP (Product people like you!).
• Develop a customer advisory board to bring us closer to our ICP and key accounts.
• Evaluate our competitors with support from the growth marketing team.
• Find and solve problems our users care about and tell us your story of impact.
