Roles and Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager to take full ownership of managing our project portfolio. This role is hands-on, requiring someone who can directly oversee project execution, resource allocation, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and prioritize the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Efficiently allocate resources across projects.
Ensure processes are in place to support smooth execution and efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including legal experts.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Apply best practices in project and portfolio management.
Acting as a liaison between various stakeholders (e.g., project managers, legal teams, and external partners) to facilitate clear communication and resolve any contract-related issues.
Overseeing the day-to-day management of contracts, including documentation, renewals, modifications, and terminations.
Collaborating with finance teams to ensure that contract costs align with budget forecasts and managing any financial implications of contract changes.
