Job Description

We're on the lookout for a  Lead Product Manager (m / f / x)  to take ownership of our trading platform – a key part of delivering the best possible sports betting experience to our customers. In this role, you’ll set the direction, define the roadmap, and work across teams to bring high-impact, scalable solutions to life. Your playing field

• Define the vision for our trading platform and tools, aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive the roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Program and Trading Tools – prioritising effectively and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
• Lead development of trading solutions – from powerful multi-market back-office tools to improvements in our core engine to boost efficiency and margin.
• Run product checks and user acceptance testing (UAT) to make sure deliverables meet expectations before going live.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Trading Operations to ensure fast, smooth delivery of new features and improvements.
• Understand market needs and align platform enhancements with the latest trends and operational demands.
• Foster strong partnerships across departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
