Shape our core AI Development Framework / SDK : Design and implement robust, scalable, and intuitive Python-based libraries and tools that our ML teams and customers will use every day to create industry-changing Physics AI surrogate models.

Mastermind Data Integration & Management : Tackle complex challenges in seamlessly integrating diverse datasets.

Pioneer our Future AI Model Training Platform : Spearhead the development of an internal platform aimed at simplifying and accelerating model training.

About you :

You’re a pragmatic software engineer who enjoys building clean, reliable tools that empower teams and accelerate progress. You care deeply about developer experience and believe great infrastructure unlocks innovation—especially in AI-heavy environments.

What you bring :

Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI , PostgreSQL , CI / CD , debugging, and robust testing.

Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and / or JAX , and scientific libraries like NumPy ,  scikit-learn , and others .

Proven ability to work with or build complex APIs or SDKs used by other engineers.

Comfort in Linux / Unix environments and fluency with Git (incl. Github and / or Gitlab) and modern development workflows.

Bonus points for :

Experience developing or working with parallelized code and understanding of accelerated computing .

Familiarity with multi-cluster environments and orchestration of compute workflows.

Understanding of the ML lifecycle —from data ingestion to deployment—and how to integrate tools across the stack.
