You will work with the team to prepare all dishes for the restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events
You lead and motivate the team during the shift and ensure that everything runs smoothly
You are responsible for the respective work station and ensure the mise en place.
You know how to work in different positions
You are creative and always work to the highest quality standards
Together with the entire kitchen and service team, you create very special experiences for our guests
You ensure compliance with all quality and hygiene standards

What you bring to the table :

You have completed training as a chef and have experience in upscale gastronomy

You are flexible, creative and a team player

You enjoy cooking à la carte and providing culinary support for unusual events
