Supply Network Operations Country Head (all genders)

A great opportunity has opened to join our Supply Chain team in our Austrian affiliate. We are looking for an Head of SNO (Supply Network Operations) Austria to manage the local Supply Chain operations (Demand Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, Customer Service) and to lead a team of Supply Chain professionals in the country.As the Head of the function, your act as a single point of contact for internal and external customers and suppliers. You work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse environment and use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve service and to define processes and standards. You will be responsible for driving the IBP process within the country scope, ensuring that the key steps of demand and supply review, pre IBP and IBP are followed while also ensuring proper maintenance of SAP-IBP tool reflects the breathing space, potential business risk and an aligned consensus forecast. You are responsible to ensure the supply on time and in full of all the products that are delivered to our customers in the country. You will be the interface for cross-functional collaboration across different other functions, ensures NPI (launches, changes of artwork, life cycle management) are coordinated successfully within the function and in collaboration with cross functions and ensure that responsibilities and actions are carried out within the framework of safety, quality and compliance. Who you are : Excellent knowledge & Working experience (minimum 3-5 years) in Supply Chain in combination with advanced business industry experiencePreferably Economical education, ideally in the area of Supply ChainStrong Leadership- and People management experience as well as ability to communicate and work in a cross functional teamExperience in Supply Chain technologies, ideally good knowledge of SAPFluent English & German Das Jahresgehalt ist abhängig von der eingebrachten Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
