In our Digital HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to drive the adoption of emerging technologies. Your Tasks
Create and design PowerPoint presentations based on clear briefings and existing templatesStructure content, text, and data for different target audiencesVisualize complex informationCollaborate closely with the project team to align on content and layoutsSupport our IT topics regarding administrative tasks, scheduling of meetings and data managementYour Background
Currently enrolled at a University / University of Applied Sciences with a technical or business economic focusExcellent PowerPoint skills and a strong sense for design, structure, and visual clarity together with experience working with data and visualizing it (e.g., from Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)Careful and precise working style, especially when handling and presenting numbers, tables, and chartsQuick comprehension and the ability to logically structure and clearly present even complex content as well as independence, reliability, and team spirit – you work autonomously but in close coordination with the teamsBusiness fluency in EnglishOur Offer
