Are you ready to immerse yourself as a Senior Director for Technology Roadmapping and Pre-Development in Villach, Regensburg or Munich? In this pivotal leadership role at Infineon, you will lead the technology to process roadmap process and will shape next generation device interconnects, driving cross FE / BE pre development.

As a Senior Director Technology Roadmapping and Pre-Development your responsibilities will encompass :

• Lead the end-to-end Technology-to-Process Roadmap cycle : coordinate FE / BE unit process development with divisional wafer technology and BE platform needs; derive investment implications; organize roadmap release and executive reporting
• Set direction for future device interconnects : own and manage the Functional Elements (FuEl) roadmap; drive strategic planning and overarching interconnect concept management
• Identify technical gaps; initiate, execute, and roll out cross-FE / BE pre-development programs; align requirements and specifications with stakeholders; plan and allocate budgets
• Conduct early technology cost assessments prior to milestones A1 / T1 to guide concept selection
• Build, lead, and d evelop a high-performing team of roadmap managers, cost assessment experts, and project managers for new interconnect solutions.
• Establish lean processes and ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget project execution
• Drive pre-development and technology scouting; initiate and organize collaborations with research institutes and leading universities; represent Infineon within internal and external R&D communities.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group K (https : / / www.feei.at / leistungen / informations-service / mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
