The Cologne DMS Competence Center is responsible for the central "Cologne DMS" application, i.e. the document management system used throughout the city. It plans, develops and operates complex e-file applications, workflows and interfaces for the offices and departments of the City of Cologne.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS : You ...

take over the project management or technical sub-project management for current and future projects in the specialist area with a focus on eFiles and workflow projects, including process-compliant documentation, implementation and user training.
are responsible for the design, development and implementation of DMS applications.
are responsible for coordinating the commissioning of the "Köln DMS" applications.
hand over new applications to support to ensure ongoing operation.
assume release responsibility and maintenance of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
plan and control the coordination of data protection requirements, especially with regard to IT security.
are responsible for advising customers, analyzing customer requirements and communicating with process manufacturers and those involved in the process.
provide further contact persons for neighboring subject areas and accompany the developments there.

YOUR PROFILE :

You have successfully completed a (technical) university degree in a subject area relevant to the task (e.g. computer science or business informatics)

proven equivalent skills and experience in the IT field.

We offer you a future-oriented job in Cologne with a modern employer with all the advantages of the public sector and a regulated weekly working time of 39 hours for employees covered by collective agreements or 41 hours for civil servants with a high degree of flexibility within the scope of office-specific possibilities. The position is permanent and is available both part-time and full-time.

The position is graded according to pay group 11 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD IKT) or according to A11 career group 2, 1st entry level LBesG NRW (remuneration law for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, formerly higher service).

The salary range in pay group 11 (TVöD-IKT) is currently between 4,032.38 euros (experience level 1) and 5,975.19 euros (experience level 6).

Your professional experience will be taken into account when assigning you to the experience level within the pay group, insofar as this is possible under collective bargaining law.
