- Handle inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company listings and services to effectively assist clients.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between clients and agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage referrals.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.Familiarity with property listings and real estate processes is a plus.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Benefits
