More than 500 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors in 7 different countries. Human Resources is responsible for all personnel matters, such as recruiting, human administration but also personnel development. We support employees and superiors to fully realize their potential.

Your tasks

Data Collection & Integration

• gather HR data from various sources including HRIS, Reportings from CEE entities, payroll systems, surveys, exit interviews, and external benchmarks
• ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular audits and validations
