Your Responsibilities
Own and drive commercial performance across direct and distributor markets in EuropeLead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing direct sales managersSupport sales managers and distributors across the full pipeline : forecasting, funnel reviews, and deal closureEnsure consistent execution of local strategies and strong brand positioningDefine clear goals and KPIs, track progress, and hold teams accountableDeliver actionable insights on sales metrics, opportunities, and market activitiesYour Profile
Performance-driven Sales Leader with provenPartner & Channel Management
experience
Strong track record of leadership and people managementBackground inmedical technology or life sciences
(preferred)
