Lead the promotion of a flagship oncology product in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and serve as a subject matter expert in product marketing. Adapting global brand strategies to local market needs, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory teams. Leading peer-to-peer engagement and support program strategies across the region. Driving initiatives to support early patient identification and increase therapy duration. Supporting the sales and market access teams with clear communication of strategies and key messages. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry guidelines. Ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance laws and guidelines. Supporting other ad hoc projects that arise with evolving brand needs and changing market dynamics. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Proven experience in a German marketing role within oncology. Background in sales and / or marketing within a German affiliate. Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken). Expertise in tailored peer-to-peer and support program approaches. Strong analytical and financial skills to interpret data and shape strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
