Springtime Technologies is rapidly growing and expanding its leadership team and we’re looking for a Vice President of Engineering who can take our enterprise software development to the next level. This requires an engineering leader who blends strategic vision with hands‑on curiosity; someone who can translate complex technology into meaningful impact for both people and business.

Your Task

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams while fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Conduct a full review of our software development processes; polish workflows, improve tooling, and enforce best practices.
• Establish and scale automated code quality and security testing standards across all development teams.
• Own the modernization of our deployment and configuration processes – ensuring that our system can be easily deployed for any group of customers at any point in time.
• Ensure engineering alignment with business goals – balancing technical excellence with pragmatic delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to shape long‑term technology strategy and architecture vision.

Your Profile

The minimum gross salary for this position is €5,162 per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
