Your daily tasks will include

• Leading an agile Scrum team and guiding them toward success.
• Working on projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and test-driven development.
• Expanding your knowledge and experience by working on various exciting projects and sharing your expertise with the team.
• Applying your communication skills in a diverse team environment.
• Being the go-to person for technical questions and providing technical support to your team members.
• Ensuring that the project adheres to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development.
• Designing sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions.
• Providing technical leadership to your team members and guiding them in their professional growth.
• Constantly developing and improving your tech‑stack and architecture know‑how.
