Night Reception staff (f / m / d)

for our Wombats hostel in Vienna

Check-in and checkout process of individual guests and groups :

Welcoming guests

Check-in process

Checkout process

Cash-up responsibility

Point of contact for guests :

Information and advice about the city transport sights shopping restaurants nightlife etc.

Handling complaints and solving problems

Point of contact for external people : first contact person for suppliers neighbours public authorities (e.g. police) etc.

Ensuring adherence to house rules
