As a Marketing Automation Specialist (m / f / d), you will contribute to the development and deployment of customer-facing communications to help drive customer engagement, acquiring new customers, and generating revenue across all Agilent businesses You will collaborate closely with marketing communication team to deliver impactful email campaigns, landing pages, and form pages to promote diverse marketing initiatives. With a profound understanding of email marketing and marketing automation tools, you will offer consultancy and work effectively with the MarCom team to adopt the best methodologies in marketing automation. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to ensure optimal results are achieved.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize digital campaign landing pages, forms, emails, and other results to support email campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Apply Eloqua Campaign Canvas and Segmentation to build and deploy effective digital campaigns.
  • Provide strategic advice and consultancy on campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to digital assets and collaborate with the Creative Services team / agency, IT, Localization & Publishing team to address and resolve these issues.
  • Educate MarCom partners on marketing automation operational processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign performance by applying data insights and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead and support analytics projects, ensuring that data-driven insights inform decision-making and contribute to campaign success.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting for MA team and key stakeholder projects as needed.
  • Conduct analysis for share data from additional platforms - Crazyegg, litmus, motiva, insights
  • Support additional reporting for data request and additional projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations, including CAN-SPAM, EU Regulations, GDPR, and others.

This position can be based anywhere in Europe where Agilent has a legal entity – either remote or in one of our offices.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • Proficient years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in email marketing tools like Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms, is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English skills (written / oral)
  • Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge with HTML / CSS and web design principles
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes

    This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
