Are you passionate about safeguarding critical infrastructure from cyber threats? Do you thrive in a dynamic, international environment? Join our team as an OT Security Manager and play a key role in securing our Group Production facilities worldwide.

  • In this newly created role; you will be the link between production and CIT (Corporate Information Technology) on all matters related to OT-Security.
  • You will be responsible for for developing, testing, and deploying OT security standards, guidelines, and technical protocols across our global facilities.
  • Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting specialist departments as they design, manufacture, and test security concepts and architectures.
  • You will work closely with departments, guiding them in defining security requirements for new manufacturing projects and ensuring compliance during acceptance tests.
  • Your role will also involve conducting comprehensive security checks, performing gap analyses, and creating actionable plans and roadmaps to address potential

vulnerabilities.

  • You will collaborate with various departments to monitor the implementation of security measures and act as a dedicated point of contact for all OT security-related queries, providing expert advice and support.

    • Your profile As an OT Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our operational technology environments and shape the future of OT security.

  • After completing your education, you have worked in production or a production-related environment for several years, gaining a general understanding of IT and OT security while also possessing a strong IT affinity.
  • Your understanding of IT and information security principles will be instrumental in enhancing overall cyber resilience.
  • Your expertise in IT infrastructure operations allows you to bridge the gap between IT and OT, creating cohesive security solutions.
  • Your open and communicative personality makes it easy for you to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams, in order to effectively communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have the capacity to articulate security matters to senior executives, and driving support and awareness at the highest level.
  • You can communicate effectively in German and English, both in writing and verbally, and you enjoy working in a global setting.
  • You are willing to travel internationally to get a first-hand impression of OT Security at local production sites.
