StellenbeschreibungAs part of our legal department, you draft, review, analyze and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including cloud and on-premise subscriptions, license, and professional services, and data processing agreements Develop and maintain commercial contract templates. Support the procurement organization as needed. Contribute to ongoing process improvements such as the implementation and use of contract management tools. Interact with stakeholders within the organization, including but not limited to sales , finance, security and compliance.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Law, Law (second state exam is not required), or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience including drafting and negotiation experience.
- Initial knowledge in software / technology, data protection regulation, or information security would be a plus.
- Willingness to take ownership and play a proactive role in an enterprise sales environment.
- Strong commercial understanding and first experience in IT law are advantageous.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
