Aufgaben Leverage high-quality, online-generated leads with no cold calling required. Utilize an advanced sales flow while incorporating your personal sales style. Clearly articulate the advantages of the product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs. Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service and ensure long-term business growth. Maintain focus on goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to process improvements and develop strategies to drive referrals and business growth. Qualifikation Proven experience in B2C field sales, account management or similar roles. A strong sales personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A results-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively. Interest in technical topics and a curiosity to learn. High initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German and proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams. A private vehicle for initial use (company car provided after onboarding).
