Head of Corporate Accounting (m / f / x) Department : Finance Employment Type : Permanent - Full Time As Head of Corporate Accounting, you bring your expertise to take our finance team to the next level and build a scalable finance function. At our headquarters in Mannheim, you will fill a role that enables our global growth. Leadership and development of the internal team for general ledger accounting Close coordination and collaboration with central teams for accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel & expense management, treasury, tax, and controlling Ensuring timely preparation, accuracy, and completeness of financial data, including account reconciliations, postings, and financial analyses Ensuring and optimizing intercompany and transfer pricing processes together with controlling and tax Functional responsibility for the ERP system (Oracle NetSuite), including system maintenance, further development, access management, and providing functional support for finance digitization projects Establishing and maintaining an internal control system (ICS) in the accounting area and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements Responsibility for creating, maintaining, and continuously developing a group-wide accounting manual Main point of contact for external audits to ensure smooth audit processes Preparation of accurate financial reports and support for management with relevant analyses Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize accounting processes and interfaces Qualifications : Completed degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Experience : Several years of professional experience in financial accounting with a focus on general ledger and closing processes Strong knowledge of national and international accounting standards and tax law IT skills : experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle NetSuite Language skills : fluent in German and English, both written and spoken A purposedriven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges whilst working alongside global industry pioneers Flexibility and team bonding with our hybrid work options Fun team events and outings with our global teams
