Nexufend is revolutionizing enterprise network security with a groundbreaking distributed firewall that provides process-level visibility. Founded by entrepreneurs who built Safing (4th fastest-growing open-source startup in 2022), we're scaling our B2B security platform.
We're seeking a User Experience and Interface Developer to craft intuitive interfaces for our network security platform. You'll work across our Dashboard UI (Svelte), Grafana integration (React), and supportive components, transforming complex security data into accessible, user-friendly experiences. Working directly with our CTO, you'll have significant creative freedom to shape how IT administrators interact with cutting-edge security technology.
Tasks
Dashboard User Interface (60%) :
- Design and implement the main dashboard UI using Svelte
- Create intuitive workflows for network security management
- Build responsive, performant interfaces for real-time data visualization
- Develop process-to-process connection visualizations
- Implement device management and configuration interfaces
- Work with Go backend APIs to integrate frontend functionality
Grafana Integration & Apps (30%) :
Develop custom Grafana dashboards and panels using ReactBuild custom applications for data visualization and analysisOptimize performance for large-scale netflow data visualizationSupportive Tasks (10%) :
Maintain and improve existing HTML / CSS / JavaScript componentsEnsure consistent design language across all interfacesSupport documentation and technical writingParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsGeneral Responsibilities :
Design intuitive user experiences and action flowsWork independently and self-motivated on assigned featuresEngage proactively in the creative process with forward-thinking solutionsCollaborate with backend developers on API design and integrationWrite clean, maintainable, well-documented codeContribute to UI / UX strategy and design decisionsRequirements
Must Have :
Strong sense for user experience and intuitive action flowsProven ability to design and implement user interfacesExperience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworksProficiency with Svelte or similar reactive frameworksExperience with React or willingness to learnSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentalsAbility to work independently and self-motivatedForward-thinking approach and engagement in creative processesStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Nice to Have :
