- Provide support during the customer journey, from initial inquiries to post-installation follow-up.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to address complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company offerings, and compliance regulations.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous service improvement.
Requirements
