Night Manager / Night Supervisor Front Office

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsibility for monitoring the security of the entire house during the night
• Guarantee of a highly professional guest service at night
• Responsibility for a smooth operation at night
• Running of End-of-Day reports and closing of the day
• Responsibility for arrival and departure
• Processing requests requests calls and complaints
• Preparation of various reports
