Tasks & responsibilities : what you can expect

In your role as Territory IT Proximity Support Agent, you will deal with IT problems of all kinds in first-level support.

• This includes the installation and support of workplace and meeting room equipment as well as mobile devices.
• You will also be responsible for qualified fault acceptance via the ticket system, error analysis and finding solutions as part of on-site support.
• You will be responsible for supporting and instructing users.
• You are responsible for hardware procurement, repairs and hardware lifecycle management.
• You also create solution documentation for the knowledge base.
• You provide on-site support for network issues according to specifications.
• You will be involved in projects and rollouts in the Digital Workplace area
• Finally, you will be responsible for one or more key topics such as MacBook, Trader, video conferencing system support.
