How would you ensure that our online advertising campaigns are optimally placed on the Red Bull Media House websites while simultaneously driving the further development of our ad tech stack in Vienna?

In this exciting and technically demanding role, you will be responsible for the precise setup, placement, and optimization of online advertising campaigns on our Red Bull Media House websites. Your expertise will also be crucial in contributing to the continuous development and refinement of the ad tech stack implementation on our websites. We are looking to strengthen our Digital Competence Centre within the Media Sales & Partnerships team in Vienna, with a strong focus on the technical implementation and optimization of ad campaigns across our websites and apps.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with :

You will contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our ad tech stack by implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency, continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of advertising formats. You will maintain regular communication with our technical service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and support.

You will also manage the implementation of our clients' advertising campaigns—such as display, video, and native ads—on Red Bull Media House websites (including servus.com, servustv.com, bergwelten.com, and many others). This includes tasks such as inventory analysis, booking, monitoring, optimization, and reporting via Google Ad Manager.

You will work closely with our agencies, clients and internal stakeholders to drive success and promote innovation.

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing ad placements (performance, scalability).
  • English or German language and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and optimization of ad tech stacks (innovative solutions, increased performance, increased efficiency).
  • Experience in campaign management : implementation and management of advertising campaigns on publishing websites (inventory analysis, booking, monitoring, optimization, reporting).
  • Experience in supporting team leads and effective collaboration with agencies, clients and internal stakeholders (campaign success, innovation, teamwork).
  • Experience with programming languages, data analysis, project management, and digital marketing (flexibility, problem-solving skills, accuracy).
