What You'll Do

• Take Technical Ownership : Define and continuously evolve the architecture roadmap for our Summit product - the foundation of mountain access systems.
• Be a Change Agent : Guide a highly experienced and close-knit development team through a cultural and technical shift toward modern software practices.
• Build Bridges : Improve collaboration, feedback, and shared accountability.
• Document and Structure : Establish clear, reliable technical documentation - your structure will be the backbone of future development.
• Provide Technical Guidance : Act as a senior expert by mentoring developers, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment with SKIDATA's architectural standards.
• Stay Hands-On : Develop alongside the team when needed - this is not an ivory tower role.

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3,139.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
