Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement state-of-the-art test strategies for electrical hardware (engine control systems, ignition systems, embedded systems, wiring, and electrical components)Create and execute test specifications, including reportingContribute to the automation of test procedures in different test environments (e.G., Hardware-in-the-loop)Occasional travel (1–2 times per year), mainly in Europe and the US, to support field validation of new controls functionsYour Profile
Master's or Bachelor's degree in controls, mechatronics, or electrical engineeringAt least 3 years of professional experience in controls systems development and testingGood understanding of environmental testing (temperature, climate, vibration)Solid knowledge of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and relevant standardsExperience with Hardware-in-the-loop test environments is a plusFluent English skills (spoken and written)Enjoy working in a global, multicultural environmentAt INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
