Credit Risk Calculations department is a provider of several software solutions such as Cover Pools and Credit Claims as well as credit Risk Weighted Assets, several ESG functionalities like Carbon Footprint Calculations and Real Estate Database within Erste Group. The solutions are based on various technologies, such as Oracle, Postgres, SAS, Python and R.

At least 4 years of experience with Object-oriented programming and designing Software Architecture using Python especially with libraries such as Polars, Pandas, Numpy, NetworkxDeep understanding of data types, structures and algorithms how they work under the hoodSolving optimization problems is not unknown to youExperienced with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Dagster or similar toolsGood understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousingKnowledge in Linux, CI / CD Pipelining, Containerization (Docker, Podman, etc.)Experience in service or consulting area, ideally with international customers is a plusProven work experience in last three years within the field of Banking especially Credit Risk is greatly appreciated and extra rewardedCustomer oriented work attitude, analytical thinking, the ability to act independently and responsibly, team-minded and last but not least communicativeYou will use English throughout your business day, additional skills in German are an advantageWhy you will like us :
