Your duties
- Teaching, research, supervision and examination activities in German and English in the fields of Human Resources Management, Leadership, Organizational Development and Change Management
- Active participation in the further development and expansion of our study programs (in German and English)
- Supervision of academic papers, theses and student projects
- Research and publication activities
- Participation in quality assurance and university processes
- Involvement in internationalization activities and networking with industry practice

Doctoral degree (PhD) or equivalent academic qualificationSpecialized teaching, research, and professional experienceInternational orientation with strong didactic and communication skillsHigh affinity for new media and an interest in developing innovative learning methodsExcellent German and English language skillsPassion for teaching and enjoyment in working with studentsWhat we offer
