Make an impact We are looking for a dedicated person to take on the role of Technical Support Manager within our Customer Service Excellence function. In the role as Technical Support Manager you will oversee and coordinate a team with focus on, troubleshooting, technical support and field service of installed intralogistics automated equipment. The team consists of highly experienced and technical employees located in two locations : Eberstalzell (Austria) and Linköping (Sweden). You are a dynamic leader with experience and will to lead, coordinate, prioritize and distribute the incoming work request to the right resource for the job. Typical tasks are support tickets (third level), field service tasks and resolution of warranty claims in collaboration with other functions at Swisslog. Location of the position holder is flexible between Eberstazell in Austria or Linköping in Sweden. As the team is based in different locations, traveling should be expected.
