KYC Project Manager (f / m / x)
We are seeking a KYC Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project and process setup for KYC onboarding and review, with a specific focus on small-scale legal entities within RBI .
This role involves establishing new processes, collaborating with IT and Compliance to support automation and achieve a high level of straight-through processing for onboarding and KYC reviews. The goal is to seamlessly translate regulatory requirements into compliant process steps, covering the entire end-to-end process from business initiation to product usage and data archiving / documentation.

Your mission at RBI
- Independently leads projects related to setting up and improving KYC onboarding and review processes
- Transforms regulatory requirements into policies & process steps with the aim of an improvement in customer experience
- Leads the implementation of regulatory driven requirements for the CIB Customer Coverage Board area
- Identifies regulatory changes (including complementary legal obligations such as the supply chain law) and aligns implementation actions together with Group Compliance, IT and respective business and product units
- Assures that CIB Customer Coverage is fulfilling all regulatory requirements
- Challenges KYC requirements to increase customer experience in areas, where there is room for legal interpretation
- Implements a reporting scheme around resource management and portfolio quality for KYC
- Orchestrates First Line of Defense for regulatory requests
- Represents RBI Group in course of conferences and international meetings upon request
Your core competencies
Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in compliance related responsibilities (relationship management, KYC, Business Compliance, Group Compliance) including small-scale business segmentsExpert in latest regulatory AML, FiSa, Fatca / CRS, MiFID requirementsEstablished 3+ years of experience in project management or in a Product Owner roleCaring, solution-orientated & hands-on mentalityCritical-thinking, curious & proactive personalityInterest and knowledge in process innovation & technological developmentsLeadership experience is a plusGood command of English and German, CEE / CIS language is a plusWhat's in it for you
