Your role at RBI

• Support the heads of RBI’s diverse teams in the origination and execution of M&A advisory mandates in Bulgaria and across the dynamic SEE / CEE regions
• Collaborate daily and manage projects with clients, investors, senior banking professionals, and other advisers
• Conduct sector and company analysis, valuations, financial modelling and research in the context of M&A transactions
• Participate and lead marketing meetings with clients and take on a leading role in crafting engaging marketing materials for M&A deals and strategic client interactions
• Establish connections and cooperate with RBI's investment banking M&A team in Vienna, as well as other Raiffeisen network banks in the region
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior team members
• Enjoy traveling within the vibrant CEE / SEE region for project origination and execution
