StellenbeschreibungDiploma di Perito Industriale o Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o chimica; Almeno 5 anni di comprovata esperienza di vendita / consulenza B2B nel settore trattamento acque primarie mercato water treatment residential e industrial solutions o settore trattamento acque di scarico e di processo; Conoscenza degli operatori e dei canali di vendita dei segmenti residential e industrial solutions del mercato di riferimento; Conoscenza dell’inglese in forma scritta e parlata almeno a livello B2 / C1; Programmazione visite chiara e strutturata con reporting veloce ed efficace; Buone doti di negoziazione a livello tecnico; Capacità di focalizzazione sugli obiettivi con la necessaria ambizione di raggiungerli e di rispettare ed implementare la strategia aziendale; Corretto utilizzo degli strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office, strumenti di calcolo per dimensionamento componenti-sistemi, programmi di dimensionamento RO) e del gestionale aziendale per offerte CRM e analisi dati; Mentalità vincente orientata alla vendita di soluzioni e componenti, anche in ottica di cross selling; Approccio fortemente consulenziale e capacità di argomentare tecnicamente le trattative; Resilienza allo stress e propensione, con motivazione ed entusismo al problem solving con modus operandi strutturato, trasparente e affidabile, sia in team sia in modo autonomo; Propensione alla marginalità e alla programmazione del budget di vendita (forecast); Patente B. Un’ avvincente posizione in un gruppo internazionale con ottime possibilità di crescita; Una RAL tra i 40 / 45.000 € e i 60.0000 € commisurata a qualifica ed esperienza + MBO; Contratto a tempo indeterminato con 2° o 1° livello contratto Commercio; Auto aziendale anche ad uso privato; 1 Giorno a settimana in Home Office; Formazione continua e supporto tecnico professionale.

Ci ha incaricati di trovare per suo conto un motivato e competente Sales Manager Italia.
Le sue Responsabilità :
- Acquisizione di nuovi Clienti tramite intensa, incisiva e strutturata attività di pre-sales in prima persona con configurazione prodotti e supporto tecnico al Cliente;
- Cura dello sviluppo e dell’analisi critica di quelli esistenti in merito a fatturato e marginalità (80 / 20);
- Zona di competenza : Nord Italia (Emilia Romagna compresa) con possibili trasferte in Centro e Sud Italia.
