Project

• setting up a new CM database, implementation and maintenance
• data maintenance and import : importing data from other systems, e.g. via CSV or other API interfaces
• setting up and managing the configuration database (future tool i-doit)
• ensuring data integrity and completeness in the CMDB
• analysis of the infrastructure and configuration data to identify optimization potential
• integration of i-doit with monitoring tools
• automation of data synchronizations between i-doit and other systems
• monitoring the infrastructure configuration
• managing configuration and infrastructure changes
• ensuring that all changes are documented and traceable
• development and implementation of processes for configuration management according to ITIL
