• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria
• You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a strong sense of commitment

• Knowledge of aviation safety and quality requirements and standards is an asset
• Previous experience in the in the aviation industry is an asset Your key responsibilites :
• As the first point of contact, you represent ASQS and our software iQSMS in the aviation industry
• Your goal is to support our customers in understanding the value of our services and guide them on their iQSMS journey.
• To achieve this goal, you independently organize and conduct client meetings
• You work together with customers to implement our software in their organization
• You document customer inquiries in a clear manner and ensure that each inquiry is processed timely
• You support our customers and partners with questions regarding the implementation, configuration and operation of our software
• You test our software along provided guidelines to ensure our high standards are kept
• You keep our customers up to date with the latest information on our product The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 38.000 on a full-time basis.
