Junior Project Manager

Vienna, Austria

Main Responsibilities :

• Support delivery of Huawei projects (engineering, integration, civil and installation work)
• Overall project coordination including client relationship, implementation schedule, vendor management, budgetary control and project quality assurance.
• Project implementation planning including service procurement and human resources
• Project data updates in internal systems, following internal procedures
• Support project related documentation creation and collection
• Support project revenue and billing triggers
• Monitor project cost and provide related analyses
• Project and Project Management Office KPI and SLA monitoring
• Project Management tools support
• Understand the internal processes and provide process advice to Project Managers
