For a renowned 5-star hotel in Salzburg, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef (m / f / d).
Your tasks :
- Responsibility for desserts and pastries in à la carte service as well as for the preparation of buffets in the banquet area
- Production and preparation of desserts, cakes, and sweets for all F&B outlets
- Ordering and quality control upon receipt of goods
- Preparation of dishes and organizational handling of shifts during all service periods
- Training of our apprentices
- Ensuring proper storage of food and monitoring storage temperatures
- Ensuring smooth operation during shifts
- Training and onboarding of new kitchen staff
