StellenbeschreibungPlanning & Forecasting of personnel costs in coordination with the Group strategy KPI setting and monitoring, supporting the business units in achieving (HR) cost targets Regular reporting of personnel cost development to top management and participation in strategically relevant projects Analysis of the current cost structure, identification of cost potentials and ongoing exchange with the relevant stakeholders Continuous development of HR controlling steering methods as well as related reporting (i.e. visualization & automation) Regular exchange with specialist departments such as Retail, Corporates, Risk, Controlling and HR Business Partners as well as top management Completed university degree with a focus on controlling, human resources, business administration or business law At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR controlling or payroll accounting, ideally in the banking sector Proficient in MS Office and SAP (CO / HR / Success Factors), Tableau is an advantage Analytical skills, ability to work in a team, commitment and enjoy communicating with different stakeholders Very good communication skills in English, German would be an advantage Basic knowledge of Austrian labour law Career opportunities within the Group, a regular exchange with managers and the various divisions within the bank, a good working atmosphere and a varied field of activity Support for your professional and personal development Discover and enjoy the of Erste Bank The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,80 gross per year. The “Cost Controlling” department, embedded in the Group Finance department, acts as a finance business partner for Erste Group and its subsidiaries regarding cost development and outsourcing issues. One function of the department is HR Controlling, which is responsible for personnel cost planning, regular reporting, KPI creation and monitoring. The team works with management and business partners to develop joint cost targets in line with the strategic guidelines and supports the business departments in achieving the targets.
