We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Vienna. In this role, you’ll help us scale influencer marketing into a key customer acquisition channel at Journi.

Influencer marketing has been growing in both impact and importance for our user acquisition strategy and now we’re ready to take it to the next level. You’ll be joining a dedicated team of three influencer marketing specialists, working together to drive growth while keeping customer acquisition costs efficient and sustainable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work full-time (38.5 h / week) as part of a passionate, motivated, and truly international team

Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, interests, and behaviors and turn these insights into impactful influencer partnerships that drive purchases and strong ROI

Proactively research, reach out to, and secure new influencer partnerships while managing and nurturing existing ones to meet monthly revenue targets at a defined ROI

Continuously optimize the performance of your influencer pool by offering clear, constructive feedback and replacing underperforming partners when needed

Take ownership of Customer Acquisition revenue goals for your market(s), working closely with your team and managing a five-digit monthly budget (varies by season)

Own your KPIs : track and report on performance to the Influencer Marketing Lead, identify trends or issues, and proactively suggest data-driven improvements

YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

You have / are :

Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong focus on Instagram and at least one additional platform (YouTube or TikTok preferred)

Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and thinking creatively

Familiarity with performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and more

Comfortable working with budget targets and taking ownership of budget responsibilities

Detail-oriented, proactive, and constantly looking to improve existing processes

A self-starter who brings new ideas and takes initiative without waiting to be asked

Strong analytical mindset, motivated by performance, data, and results

Capable of prioritizing, managing multiple tasks, and delivering under tight deadlines

Someone who thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in an e-commerce or startup environment

Experience of other paid acquisition channels for apps or websites

Proficiency in Dutch, Polish, or Scandinavian languages are a plus
