Junior Marketing Specialist Start ASAP Full-time Regular employment contract / Monthly salary 2600 EUR - 3500 EUR Vienna, Austria What will your day look like?

• Manage the translation process - working with the AI translations, proofread, check the translation, arrange to deliver on time;
• Ensure up-to-date information and versions of content on the web;
• Execution and control of translations for local marketing activities : blog posts, social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YoutTube, etc.;
• Prepare and execute newsletters;
• Video content editing & creation for TikTok & Instagram;
• Copywriting and scheduling content plan for social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Tik Tok;
• Help organizing and attend on photo and video shootings & events, planning and production;
• Help the Senior marketing specialist or Head of Local Marketing with the preparation of local promotions and discounts;
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other teams on relevant large and small-scale projects;
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and helps identify social media and marketing trends and key opportunities. Who are we looking for?
• German as mother tongue and based in Vienna;
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher);
• 1Y+ experience in marketing or as social media specialist, marketing specialist or similar relevant field;
• Video editing skills;
• Able to evaluate campaigns and contribute creative ideas;
• Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work, impeccable time management;
• A passion for the health industry and lifestyle;
• Graduate of university with focus on marketing, communication and media, journalism or similar relevant field is a plus;
