• Become a key member of BAWAG's collateral management team within Group Treasury
• Manage the Austrian and Dutch cover pools of BAWAG used to collateralize the corresponding bond issues of BAWAG (c. EUR13b)
• Actively manage and optimize the loan and securities collateral portfolio to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment
• Prepare reports on collateral portfolio for investors, rating agencies and other stakeholders and foster automatization
• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of BAWAG's proprietary collateral management system
• Support the integration of newly acquired loan and securities portfolios into BAWAG's collateral systems and processes Your Profile
• Excellent analytical skills combined with intellectual curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset
• Solid Excel skills; SQL or other data analytics experience is a strong advantage
• Strong interest in banking, capital markets, and the regulatory landscape
• University degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• Excellent English speaker, enabling effective collaboration in a diverse, multilingual team (including German and Dutch speakers) Our Offer
