Role Description
As a Python developer (m / f / x) at Innerspace you focus on Python software development to build r obust, user-centric tools that streamline business operations and support data-driven decision-making . You will create and maintain internal applications using Streamlit, write efficient code for data transformation, and collaborate with various teams to deliver production-ready tools that solve real problems. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys full-stack Python work with a strong emphasis on usability and performance.
Responsibilities
Software Engineering
- Build internal web applications using Python and Streamlit to support business workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Refactor and enhance existing tools for scalability and performance
Tooling & Collaboration
Implement data handling logic with Pandas, SQL, and file-based inputs / outputsWork closely with stakeholders to understand and translate operational needs into robust applicationsEnsure proper testing, version control, and deployment practicesRequirements
Your Must-haves
3+ years of Python software development experienceSolid understanding of Streamlit , FastAPI , or similar Python frameworksExperience with Pandas for data structuring and logicExperience building interactive web applications with StreamlitFamiliarity with SQL and specifically PostgresGit, testing frameworks, and debugging skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailNice to have
Basic front-end knowledge (HTML / CSS) for styling Streamlit componentsExperience with cloud environments (AWS)Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker)Previous experience in building data tooling for business usersAbout us
