Führung und Entwicklung der Verkaufsteams von drei Zweigniederlassungen

Planung des Finanz- und Stückzahlen-Budgets und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung

Akquisition und Organisation von Kooperationen, exklusive Kundenveranstaltungen und Marken-Events

Steuerung und Monitoring des Vertriebsteams im Bezug auf Verkaufs- und Finanzdienstleistungsziele
